I follow a program of my own which I have developed during my experience. It starts with understanding the vocabulary of the subject, being able to determine which strategy to employ, and being able to quickly and automatically perform the necessary operation. In my teaching, I apply a step-by-step system which helps students to get better grades and excel in school. I have found a number of ways which allow students to raise their grades by studying smarter, not harder.
